Catherine Crum, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Cathy Crum grew up outside Atlanta, GA. She received an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and moved to North Carolina shortly after graduation. Prior to veterinary school, she worked at both the Veterinary Specialty Hospital and the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital. Dr. Crum earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University. Since graduation, Dr. Crum has worked throughout the Triangle area and began working at Armadale Animal Hospital as a relief veterinarian before coming on part time.
Dr. Crum lives in Durham with her husband Dave and their fur kids. She has a soft spot for NCSU blood donor cats and all of her cats have been retired blood donors. Dr. Crum enjoys reading crime novels, hiking, spending time outdoors, hot yoga, traveling, and trivia nights with friends. She can be spotted all bundled up in a blanket, stocking hat, and lots of layers at Hurricanes games.
